Access

This site is gated and locked. Keys are held by the major Mendip Clubs. These are the ACG, BEC, CSS, MCG, MNRC, SMCC and WCC. Arrangements should be made with one of these clubs to borrow the key.

In case of difficulty contact the CSCC Conservation and Access Officer.

Please park sensibly to avoid problems with the local residents.
The mine is closed throughout January each year.
Please note this mine is a major bat roost, avoid disturbing any bats you may see.
