Access

The South side of Cheddar Gorge, and associated caves is owned by Cheddar Caves (Longleat Enterprises). All caves, except Gough?s Cave, are closed from 1st October to 31st May to protect the hibernating bats. Access during the summer months is restricted, but applications to visit will be given consideration and treated on their individual merits. Contact The Manager, Cheddar Showcaves, Cheddar, Somerset, enclosing a sae.
